You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Eligible items must be unopened, unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, pads, nappies, pants and other wearable or absorbent products cannot be returned after the hygiene seal or pack wrapping has been opened.
